National Association of County & City Health Officials (NACCHO) invites local health department staff to attend: Using Ethical Frameworks to Address Stakeholder Disagreements, on Monday, June 7, 2021, from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm ET. The speakers will go through three frameworks: appreciative inquiry, facilitation of ethical negotiations, and brokered dialogue. These frameworks will be highlighted through two case studies.

Following this webinar, participants will be able to:
• Describe appreciative inquiry, ethical discussion facilitation, and brokered dialogue as facilitation techniques for ethical deliberation and community engagement.
• Define positions, interests, and values of stakeholders during ethical deliberations.
• Understand power dynamics during ethical discussions.
• Describe the principles in action from the case studies.
