27:30
what size is a small size?

30:01
Small size is not set in stone, since we recognize some unit are in less densely populated areas. Generally 50 or less, but if the unit can demonstrate they meet the intent of the Tier 2 level they can apply for that level.

30:38
thank you Kathy!

If we have had a NACCHO grant/award before does that mean we are already registered on SAM.gov

36:40

37:55
Hi Pat, You can grab a screenshot of your registration on SAM.gov and upload it with your application.

38:00
so sorry that cied from a previous facebook entry and I did not mean to send dsreguard please!

38:22
Hi Katrina, we have another questions about SAM.gov in the Q&A box so we'll answer the questions live towards the end of the presentation.

38:52
Hi CJ, No worries! These things happen.

38:58
Can a County government receive NACCHO grant funds?

45:43
It works great!

48:35
Doanation?

50:35
Federal funds cannot be used to provide donations to other organizations.

52:11
Does training supplies go under resources or training and exercises?

53:09
Training supplies can go in the supplies category.

54:12
Oh provide, not receive! thank you!

54:28
Hi Kathy - can I receive funds via my County Gov if they have a SAM.gov registration?

55:11
Yes, but they will need to be listed as the sponsoring agency, sign, and accept the funds.

55:26
Thanks!

56:29
Are small stipends allowed to pay volunteers to attend training, such as to support travel to training or PODS?

56:56
Please put all questions in the Q&A box at the bottom of your screen. Questions in the chat box may be missed.

57:16
Actually we get Several $100,000 of in-kind donations! LOL

59:45
Yes, they are the sponsoring agency. (Ex. marin County)

01:00:30

can't buy a command "vehicle"

01:04:27
The vehicle sounds like an EMPG or UASI grant opportunity.

01:04:32
Can a project include an in-kind donation for time spent developing a program and then spend the supplies on another needed item (ex. tshirts)
