In WV they have done away with Microsoft Office and we have to use Google Platform so we are having to put everything in Google Docs & Sheets instead of Word & Excel. Makes it a lot harder.

We are going to be using IL Helps for our application process. They provide background checks for new volunteers. Can we ask for financial assistance to cover that cost?

With costs of items everchanging is their opportunity to reconcile unspent funds in last period of the grant?

The budgets are projected costs so minor modifications can be made to adjust quantities or add similar items to spend all of the money.

We are writing a statewide grant. Is it possible to offer overnights to volunteers to a statewide training.

Agree with Meagan on the statewide conference. Our grants team would need to see a description of the conference, number of attendees, estimated travel costs per person. We would need to get confirmation from ASPR to allow the cost.
