What if we don't want new money, but want to revise our original budget?

Due to delays in executing the current agreement, the due dates for deliverables 1 and 2 will both occur before the agreement is to be finalized. Would it be possible to update the deliverables schedule to align with anticipated due dates?

So we still are not allowed to request modifications to the budget we submitted back in June?

Our board of health meets once a month and I will have to take this request to them for approval. They don't meet again until Nov. 17th.

Am I understanding properly that if we just recently received any funds, but have not met the activities in original budget, that we shouldn't worry about the calendar timeline as long as the deliverable 1 and 2 submissions were sent in? and the second check is in the mail?

@Kristina it would be great to pull out the statistics from your end of year newsletter and make it a stand alone document. We'd like to keep the deliverables consistent from an audit perspective.

I'm pretty sure you can end your work plan activities and purchases before 6/30/2023 if you want to... that is just the end date by which everything is supposed to be spent.
