We need POC STD test that will test all three sites, throat, vaginal and rectal.

Certainly true, especially for patient-collected ones. All throat and rectal sample that are FDA cleared are only for clinician-collected samples

We use an Aptima self-collected, multi-site test kit in non-clinical settings in partnership with a local lab. This is not a POC test kit, of course. Getting to self-collected, multi-site POC testing in these settings would be great.

NCSD and Visby are happy to announce a forthcoming pilot program for the Visby Medical Sexual Health Click Test for facilities including local health departments, STD clinics, family planning clinics, women’s health clinics, PrEP clinics, etc., that would benefit from having access to these rapid PCR test results. I may have missed the answer to this ? but, is this only to be used in a Clinical setting under the supervision of a physician, or can these be used during outreach events, say during HIV outreach settings.

This can be used in any setting with Clia waived license (or above).

It sounds like, at minimum, this will need access to a power outlet, and a location for the person with a vagina to perform the self-collection.
