Hi, this is great! Just wondering, TN has local/regional HDs which are part of the state but have very few connections with central office HAI/AR program. Does this opportunity apply to them? Or just to our autonomous cities? Thanks!

Hi again. Can the state HAI/AR program administer the program on behalf of the LHD? ie the hiring and reporting tasks are burdensome for low resourced LHDs
