Has anyone used a HiAP tool (HIA, Health Lens Analysis, Health Impact Review) to inform COVID-19 related decisions?

We have not used a tool but are in conversations with our state DOT about an issue brief looking at health-related impacts of reduced car traffic (air quality, crashes, multi-modal trips, etc.).
